1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "p88888," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the p88888 platform at https://p88888.app, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the p88888 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated software, tools, and services made available to registered users.
• "User," "you," or "Player" means any individual who accesses the p88888 Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User upon successful registration and verification on the p88888 Platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR (Pakistani Rupee) funds held in a User's p88888 Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts as segregated and disclosed.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses granted by p88888 to a User, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be staked before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by p88888 before processing withdrawal requests.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League, the professional Twenty20 cricket league to which p88888 offers betting markets.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the p88888 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and the p88888 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and p88888. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules or promotion terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant supplementary document.

p88888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of p88888 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to register and use the p88888 Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, or where accessing p88888 would be in violation of applicable regulations.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of p88888 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously been excluded, self-excluded, or had an account closed by p88888 for a violation of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

p88888 may, at its sole discretion, restrict access to the Platform from certain geographic regions or to certain categories of users where required by law or licensing conditions. The determination of eligibility rests with p88888, and its decisions in this regard are final.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the p88888 Platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you are required to register an Account. Registration is free of charge.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. You agree to keep this information current and to notify p88888 promptly of any changes by updating your account details or contacting support.

• Each individual may hold only one registered Account on p88888. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. p88888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your Account. All bets and transactions made through your Account are your sole responsibility.
• p88888 reserves the right to decline a registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

p88888 is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests and in other circumstances where verification is warranted for compliance or security purposes.

You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A clear colour copy or photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), showing both front and back.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your residential address in Pakistan (dated within the last three months).
• A copy of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account details, or bank statement, associated with the payment method used to deposit funds into your p88888 Account.
• In some cases, a selfie photograph holding your CNIC alongside a handwritten note with the current date and the p88888 platform name may be requested.

p88888 will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to you via the email address on your Account. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. p88888 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing that result from a User's failure to submit requested documents promptly or from the submission of documents that do not meet the required standard of clarity and validity.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the p88888 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p88888 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals made using supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Supported Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. p88888 may add or remove supported payment methods at any time and will communicate material changes to active users.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed same day. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within one to two business hours during operating hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified bank account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• p88888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether a User has previously completed KYC.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

p88888 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your Account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of this period.
• p88888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of wagering requirement loopholes, or collusion between users.
• Multiple accounts, use of VPNs, or other methods to claim bonuses more than once are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

p88888's determination of whether wagering requirements have been met, and its decisions regarding bonus eligibility and forfeiture, are final and binding.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the p88888 Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and should be reviewed before placing any bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed. p88888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a bet has been accepted due to a manifest error, as described below.
• Manifest Errors: p88888 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds, market, or game parameters — including but not limited to typographical errors, incorrect event information, or technical malfunctions. p88888 will notify affected users of any voided bets and will refund the original stake to their Account Balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time in response to events on the field. Bets placed after market suspension will not be accepted. p88888 is not liable for any connectivity issues on the User's side that result in a bet being received after the relevant market has closed.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or series of related bets may be subject to limits as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. p88888 reserves the right to impose individual payout limits on specific accounts where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of pricing errors or market vulnerabilities.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software where applicable. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game events conducted by trained dealers and are final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p88888 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one registered Account on p88888.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with p88888.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or RNG vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the p88888 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Allowing, enabling, or facilitating the use of your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to falsely represent your location.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or other actions designed to recover funds already withdrawn or used for betting, without a legitimate grievance.

10 Responsible Gaming

p88888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools directly within the account dashboard, accessible to all registered users at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of seven days to prevent impulsive decision-making.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been logged in continuously beyond a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may temporarily suspend their Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 180 days. During a cool-off, the Account cannot be accessed and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the p88888 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent account closure. Self-excluded users will not be permitted to re-register, and p88888 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration.

11 Suspension & Termination

p88888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or at the User's own request.

In the event of Account suspension or termination for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), p88888 may retain any funds in the Account balance to the extent necessary to cover losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. Where suspension is administrative in nature and not related to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any applicable review.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the p88888 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the User following KYC verification and provided that no outstanding investigations are pending.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the p88888 Platform — including but not limited to the p88888 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and audiovisual content — is the property of p88888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content, without the prior written consent of p88888.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p88888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

p88888's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p88888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that all game or betting outcomes will be free from technical defects. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, p88888's liability is limited to the refund of the affected stake.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p88888 holds its international gaming license. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through p88888's internal dispute resolution process.

p88888 operates an internal dispute resolution process for complaints related to betting outcomes, account management, and bonus terms. To initiate a dispute, Users should contact support at [email protected] with full details of their complaint. p88888 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within five business days.

15 Amendments

p88888 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p88888 will notify registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, where practicable. For non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect Users' rights), no advance notice period is required.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless the parties agree otherwise. Archived versions of these Terms are available on request from our support team.
